Rollout of new service organisation (SIAM) and transition to BAU. Lead editor of programme communications & training.

Consultant for ERP & Business Process transformation programme across all operating companies of the group, ensuring IT Services readiness and smooth parallel delivery of both programmes. Quality Assurance and Programme Governance for a Global SAP transformation programme. Working closely with project teams of the European rollout (Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands), providing continuous and checkpoint assessments, senior level audit reports and gate governance throughout the project lifecycle.
